Shipping & Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete in original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

When returning items to us please retain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please take care to ensure that the returned item is properly packed and sealed and includes the original Invoice.
